I just got home, and I am not pleased.
When going through the checkout, I continually asked the young girl bagger to put my items that needed to be kept cold or frozen in my thermal bag. Unless she specifically asked or I caught and told her it need to go in the thermal bag as it was a COLD item, when I got home I found numerous meats and cheeses in the other bags. Thankfully, the frozen items were put in the thermal bag.
How do you not know what needs to go in REFRIGERATOR!?!
Train your hires better, as they they don't seem to understand basic directions!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of register checkout. Shaws needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
