Linda Plant of the Shaw’s in Peabody is a a manager who should NOT be dealing with a customer who wants to return food items,

She should not blame customer for “ over buying” nor make the customer feel it is her fault that the store has to take lose of $ 35. 76.

In the world if service and customer relations, the customer may not always be right but as a representative of a large company , Linda , should be more courteous and not blame the customer.

This negative experience has made me NOT ever want to shop at Shaw’ s. I will also relate this negative experience to friends, neighbors, clients, and family. Your customer base just shrunk.
