I thought when Shaws/Star got rid of the loyalty cards, it'd be an easier process. So yeah, not great to have to enter 10-digit phone number at checkout, but OK, it's the new normal.

Thought the MyMixx was going to make things easier, but nooo...they have to come out with another hoop to jump through: Just for U! So now we must log onto the website to get the current sales circular, click on the items, clip each item, make sure you've earned enough "rewards" points for the item's price, and then go to the store, find the items (good luck!) and cross your fingers that the discounted price will ring up correctly after you've entered your 10-digit code.

Be ready to stand at customer service line... Please let's go back to the loyalty cards, paper coupons or nothing!!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: Get rid of all the hoops we need to jump through: MyMixx, Just for U, Rewards!.

I didn't like: Mixx coupons not working, Just for u confusing and way too cumbersome.
