I 68 years old I had twelve items and went thru the 10 items the lady said to me you have too many items this is 10 or less not fair to everyone else. Are u kidding? She advised me to count my items next time. This is why I should stay with market basket

Shaws - Lines are long all the time

The lines are always long. No self check out. For the price you pay I should be in line waiting for 15 min with only three items I wrote this review waiting in line

Shaws - Terrible customer service

I called to talk to a customer service representative about my bad experience at shaws. She was short with me then transferred, then no one picked up. Service like this schould not be rewarded, in saying that i wil take my business elsewhere! Sincerely Ex loyal customer The Abdalla family

Shaws - Bagging own groceries

I bring my own bags but need an extra or two on occasion because I underestimated the amount of groceries I needed. It’s EXTREMELY annoying when I bag my own groceries because the employees are too busy chatting to bag them and they still charge me 5 cents for the extra bags!! I’m doing their freaking job almost every time I go. I think the ten cents should be absorbed in that instance
