When to customer service to tell them that shopping carts were being blown around parking lot hitting cars. After 1 hour of shopping I went to my car and 4 shopping carts where still not picked up around my care so I went back inside to speak with manager-Jim.

He would not go outside to even look at the issue at hand. Ask why it has not been done over an hour now. His reply was it takes time to collect carts. If this is done on a hourly base then why are the carts blowing around hitting parked cars>His reply was not under his control.

Also 1 bagger on duty for 7 open cashiers.

This is a consist issue at this location. Once again Jim as this was not his issue. What does the Manager on duty do if nothing is his issue?

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor management" of shaws manager. Shaws needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
